Here are some considerations for those residing outside Italy:
- Once the offer is accepted by the seller, it is necessary to have an Italian tax code.
- Please be aware that once the seller accepts the offer, you will be obliged to conclude the deal (otherwise, the deposited amount will be retained by the counterparty).
- At an additional cost, you can hire an interpreter for the translation of the notarial deed.
- Additionally, for an extra cost, it is possible to deposit the money directly into the notary’s account, who will act as a guarantor until the end of the sales process.
